Invite Users


Learn how to invite users & assign roles and permissions for effective collaboration in Test Management by Testsigma.


Invite users to your Test Management by Testsigma to collaborate and assign roles and permissions to control access based on their responsibilities. This article discusses inviting users to your Test Management by Testsigma.


Prerequisites

  • Before you begin, ensure you have a project in Test Management by Testsigma and the necessary permissions to invite team members.


  1. On the left navigation bar, click Invite Users. This will open the Users section under Settings.

  2. Click Invite Users.

  3. In the Invite Team dialog:

    • Enter one or more email addresses
    • Select a role:
      • Admin: Full workspace access, including create, read, update, and delete (CRUD) operations
      • Read Only: View access to test entities, no CRUD permissions
    • Click Send Invite
  4. The invited user will receive an email with a link to join the workspace.
